Quasi Hotel
The client wanted to renovate an old studio building into a short-term rental hotel in Milan. The existing structure is divided into three floors: the ground with a mezzanine, the second floor and the attic. All 13 rooms are planned to have a living room with a small kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom.
We provided new floor plans with ceilings and lighting plans for rooms, an interior design concepts with bespoke and ready-made furniture, furniture & fixtures lists, a new facade concept and an improved colour guide.
