The plot is located in the Zefat, Hatzor, Rosh Pinna Industrial Park (ZHR) in northern Israel.
This was a community collaborative project in which the community designing the ZHR Building in a collabrative way, a 3000 square meter building for industrial, technological, and educational companies and their respective communities. They wanted to have a conceptual project to start on and develop it in community.
