Our main objective was to create a bright, airy living room while ensuring easy access to the balcony. We relocated the kitchen to its best possible position to optimise the living room space. The bathrooms were arranged back-to-back to minimise re-plumbing costs, and bathroom no. 1 was designed exclusively for bedroom no. 1.
